Learvalue provides electrical installation and repair services including:

All work is performed in residential homes and commercial premises within our service area.

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Quotations and Estimates

Quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested during the course of the project. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3.2 Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside these hours.

3.3 Access to Premises

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. You must inform us of any hazards, restricted areas, or special conditions at the property.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as specified in the invoice provided.

4.2 Late Payment

Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service agreement and may vary depending on the type of work performed.

6.2 Materials

Materials and equipment installed by Learvalue may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide relevant warranty information where applicable.

6.3 Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learvalue's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7.3 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the premises are safe for work to be carried out and for disclosing any known electrical issues or hazards.

8. Permits and Compliance

Electrical work may require permits and inspections as mandated by local authorities. We will advise you when permits are required. The cost of permits and inspections, if applicable, will be communicated before work begins.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards in Ontario, Canada.

9. Intellectual Property

Any designs, plans, or documentation created by Learvalue remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use such materials solely for the purpose of the project for which they were created.

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

13. Severability
