What customers typically ask

We've compiled the questions we hear most often to help you make informed decisions.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area. Our main office is located at 123 Queen Street West, Toronto. For projects outside this area, please contact us to discuss availability.

How do I get a quote for electrical work?

Contact us by phone at +1 416-555-0132 or email contact@learvalue.org to describe your project. For most jobs, we'll schedule an on-site assessment to provide an accurate quote. Simple tasks like outlet replacements can often be quoted over the phone.

Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?

Yes. We handle electrical work in residential homes as well as commercial premises. This includes everything from single outlet replacements to complete electrical system installations for businesses.

What are your business hours?

We're available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For electrical emergencies outside these hours, we offer emergency electrician services. Call our main line to reach our emergency support.

Are your electricians licensed?

All electrical work is performed by qualified professionals in accordance with Ontario electrical codes and regulations. We carry appropriate insurance and can provide documentation upon request.

How long does a typical electrical project take?

Timeframes vary by project scope. A simple outlet or switch installation typically takes 1-2 hours. Complete electrical rewiring for a home may take several days. We provide estimated timelines with every quote.

Do you provide electrical system design services?

Yes. For new construction, renovations, or commercial buildouts, we offer electrical system design services. This includes planning panel placement, circuit layouts, and lighting configurations before installation begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

Contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements. We typically require a deposit for larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms are outlined in your project quote.

Can you help connect new appliances?

Yes. Appliance connection is one of our core services. This includes wiring for ranges, dryers, HVAC units, hot tubs, and other equipment that requires dedicated circuits or specific voltage requirements.

What should I do if I have an electrical emergency?

If you smell burning, see sparks, or experience a complete power outage, first ensure safety by turning off the main breaker if accessible. Then call us for emergency electrician service. For immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

Do you offer warranties on your work?

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of project and materials used. Ask about warranty coverage when receiving your project quote.

How do I prepare for an electrician visit?

Clear access to electrical panels, outlets, or work areas. If possible, note any specific issues you've observed, such as flickering lights or tripped breakers. Having this information ready helps us diagnose problems faster.

Can you troubleshoot electrical problems without a full rewire?

Absolutely. Electrical network troubleshooting is a separate service. We diagnose issues systematically to identify the root cause before recommending solutions. Not every problem requires extensive work.
